How do you get your percentage from a grade? like i got a 25 out of 30. How do you change that to a grade (like a 96 A). please tell me how to convert it, and tell me what i got on that test. Thanks.

you take the number of questions you got right and divide it by the number of questions on the test. For example 25 right questions out of 30 would look like this
25 divided by 30 = .833333 which means you got an 83% on your test. To get that to be 96% you would have to have gotten at least 29 questions right.(29 divided by 30 = .966666
To determine the percentage, you simply divide what you got by what it was worth. So it would be 25 divided by 30, which is 0.8333
You then multiply this number by 100 to get a percent.
So you got 83.33%
You have to divide the number you got
out of the number of questions..
so 25 divided by 30.
