Is it possible at this time (starting september) to change your uni course even if it's at the same university? For example from Film and History to just History. Somebody said you could as long as you have the right grades.
If so, how would you go about doing it? Has anyone here done this before?

Yes. As long as it's before you're supposed to declare (which is usually during sophomore year).
