I know once you qualify you are an A grade but how do you work your way up? And what is the process?
I ask because I will qualify when I am 30, I want to work for a couple of years and then travel for 12 months, but I'm wondering if I leave at a time when I am still trying to build on my career, will I get left behind?
How do Nurses change grade?
A Nurse I know has been promoted by applying for jobs within her hospital department of a higher grade then passing the subsequent interviews. No exams but she did have to demonstrate the relevant clinical knowledge.
