i just started using tampons because something mortifying happened to me today. im in the 8th grade, and when i insert my tampon i have to lift one leg on the toilet. how am i going to do that in a bathroom stall? i'll have to pull my pants completely down and lift up one leg, and there's a chance that another girl might be in there. how do you change your tampon in stalls? please help, thanks.

ahh, the horrible school period!! i used to have to skip school just because mine was so heavy and i would have to change mine like every hour and a half! My best advice is to just go to and end stall and sit down, spread your legs apart, and insert it in there! Goodluck!

Just sit down to put it in. It is much easier. Try it at home first to get used to inserting it that way.
I doubt someone will be looking under the stall while you change your tampon so my best advice is to just do it!
just sit on the toilet and spread ur legs far apart it helps if u push the tampon toward ur back at an angle
just go for it! anyone who is creeping and looking at what youre doing is a freak.
